Why can’t I play the videos?
There may be a few reasons. First, make sure that your internet connection is working. Next, check that your network does not block specific sites. In order to play videos, you need to have either JavaScript enabled, or Adobe Flash installed. The Teen-Safe website supports the following browsers: Internet Explorer 7.0 and above, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox, but will most likely work on any modern browser.

Why do I need to enter personal information to take the quiz?
In order to get credit for having completing the course, parents with students at participating high school’s need to provide this information so that the school can verify completion. This information will not be distributed outside of the Teen-Safe organization and your student’s school.

I am using an iPhone or iPad, and I can only see the video, but not the rest of the page. Why?
A feature of iOS7 is to play videos in full screen mode, which prevents the information on the rest of the page from being displayed. The full page version can be seen by using a browser other than iOS Safari.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Upon completion of the quiz, the Teen-Safe website attempts to send email confirmation to the address you provided. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder, and that you provided the correct email.
